Mixed feelings. My doctor is very kind and patient. But I have realized that the building is not the best for me. The lobby is an atrium, and that scares me because I only like rooms with normal ceilings. So I had to transfer to Bon Secours Short Pump. I did explain this to my doctor and the receptionist so they would know it's not their fault that I transferred.
