Made me feel relaxed and like I was in good hands. Engages in meaningful conversation at a level you can understand. Is frank about findings, yet encouraging about outcomes with planned treatments. Willing to consult with colleagues to ensure accuracy of diagnosis and treatment.
Dr Reynolds is great! But the way the office is run, is so frustrating. No organization. Nobody has ever called me with results. I have always had to call and they can never find any information. The only way to get questions answered by a doctor is by making an apportionment. Otherwise, you’re left hanging. I’ve worked in the medical field for almost 20years and this is the most poorly run office I’ve ever seen.
Granger really changed things for the worst. It took me 3 days to have my call answered so I could make and appointment.

I was already impressed with Dr Reynolds' office manner, and staff, but I had 2 kidney stones removed yesterday and I am overwhelmed at his surgical skill. Very little pain (only related to the saline that expanded my kidney during surgery as I felt like I had to urinate badly for like 4 hrs), hardly any bleeding, success! I pray I never get kidney stones again, but if I do I have 100% confidence in Dr Reynolds!
Dr Reynolds is very knowledgeable and has excellent communication skills with discussing the medical issues I had regarding Prostate cancer.
Very scared about the procedure! His office staff was excellent, and Dr. Reynolds did an amazing job explaining and making sure I was comfortable (while my wife laughed in the corner...)
Dr. Reynolds was very professional and to the point in all my interactions with him. The procedure was fairly painless.
He's the best. Plain and simple. He doesn't mess around.
