My mom, Mary Thomas, first got hearing aids in Texas two years ago and never really was happy with the quality of her ability to hear. Jennifer Reynolds recently provided aids that significantly improved her hearing. In addition, the new hearing aids are state of the art and very user friendly. Mary highly recommends Reynolds Audiology to anyone having hearing difficulties.

My friend Luz came a few times from Spain just to be seen by Dr Reynolds. Since my friend doesn’t speaks English I helped as interpreter. Dr Reynolds is awesome, very kind, patient and knowledgeable. My friend Luz always says that she has never had a better care. The staff is very friendly. Reynolds Audiology is a perfect example of what people look for in a health service provider that provides excellent personal, professional,and caring attention. I previously used a larger more corporate hearing provider but switched to Dr. Reynolds who I have found to spend as much time as needed in both examining me as well as tending to the technology necessary to make sure my hearing aides are working properly. Her office staff is friendly and efficient. Each appointment leaves me feeling that I have been well attended.
Jennifer Reynolds carefully explains what she is doing and how hearing aides will add quality to everyday life. She has lots of patience and is interested in the whole person. Carol, her assistant, is also very patient and interested in helping people. A welcoming atmosphere always permeates the office.
Great experience. I learned a lot about my hearing loss and options and was even given a loaner hearing aid to try for a couple of weeks. Jennifer was very knowledgeable and immensely helpful in finding possible solutions for me. I'll be back. Thanks again!
I have been a patient of Dr Reynolds for many years, at first at Stillwater ,and now at her office in Woodbury, She has very successfully treated my severe hearing loss and kept me where I am in the flow of conversations with individuals and meetings.
