They are a joke. They called this morning to do an appraisal on a rental for today at 4pm. I told them I’ll meet them at the property. 4:15 I called they said she will leave the office in about 20 minutes. Then give me attitude when I told them I am on a tide schedule and they need to call me whenever they get there so I can come back. Customer service 0 not even one. Nobody I do business will ever use them if they do it for free.
Used 2 rental properties that went on bulk deal sale for comps. No garage at 2 of them. Mine not in a flood zone. Others probably are. Every main roof central heat air, flooring and water heater in house is new. Garage gas heat insulated and 50 amp electric. Was late and in hurry. Sold house 2 times in 10 days. Your appraisal is way off. None of the realtors or the buyers agreed with this guy. Should tell you something. First mine second comps. My lot 500 sq ft bigger also. Last does have garage .
