Almost sent my elderly parents to the hospital from the owners lack of knowledge . all these decent reviews must be fake. Please stay away go with somebody reputable. Lack of responsibility and acknowledgment from this company. Martin yelled at my elderly father who is in he’s mid 80’s . Please do your own research that could be a little cheaper but will cost you more in the long run.
RUN AWAY. They gave me a broken used unit paid over 13k on it the owner Martin is dodging my calls. He’s going by the name Jose. I will be going to the authorities and file a lawsuit
AVOID REYNA HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING. If they tell you expensive equipment is “bad” and needs replacing, have another licensed HVAC company verify it BEFORE they remove your equipment and charge you for something new. I am not the only victim in the situation they tell you you need a whole new unit even though it’s working properly so they can resell.
