My AC went went out on us on a 110 defree day and Caludia was nice enough to lend us a portable unit while she set us up. The installation techs were very well mannered and our sales rep Claudia was very helpful and very good with communicating with us. There was a minor issue with incorrect condenser being shipped but Claudia and her team rectified the issue quickly with no issues or hassle.
