My son bought a car from these guys and since then, no one will return or take a call from him. Their customer service is zero. Don't buy from them. If you are smart, you will go somewhere where customer service actually means something

awesome buying experience! Our salesman Mike was, friendly, professional, but most of all he wasn't pushy. We went in there after my husband made an appointment to check put a vehicle. We had a family emergency and ended up being over an hour late. Mike called as we were heading out there to make sure we were ok or if we needed to reschedule. Perfect experience. Knew exactly what I wanted and the price I wanted to pay. Less then 30 minutes deal was done. Little advice, if you have poor credit and or no money down do yourself a favor and don’t waste your or the salesman’s time. These salesmen get paid by selling cars not wasting time showing you cars you can’t afford.
Car dealers suck-they sell you a vehicle then they jam it in your ass- new truck last june- took it in for oil change and service-i told them the wipers were bad chattering and squealing- they put an ADDITIVE in the washer solvent- I complained twice about the herky -jerky backing up-you have lost me as a customer -I will contact GM tomorrow- and I will post my negative comments on social media-this evening ..RATING is zero-dealers jerking the customer around-I'm on a mission - watch social media-they tell me nothing wrong w... read more
Very disappointed have tried going there several times in past 10 years and salesmen couldnt seem to be bothered or the ones that were friendly say they will call us when they see if have what we want and they never do. I will not call them back as if they want my sale then they should follow thru so we have gone elsewhere.
