This place has a HORRIBLE service, I was told that i didn't have to make an appointment and when I got to the clinic they were attending by appointment only. I just wasted my time.
Dr did not helped me with my concerns, and when asked again how come I was having symptoms, and pain DR said "well I don't really don't know" did not helped me. Waisted my time and money
Staff initially claimed their office would not provide the trap shot to my pregnant wife due to insurance issues. I called and informed staff that I just confirmed my insurance does cover the shot, at which time I was told they just don't provide trap shots to pregnant women and deferred me to her supervisor, who wasn't in until the following day. Why a pregnant woman's primary care physician won't provide her a tdap shot is beyond my understanding, assuming the employee was being truthful.
