I worked here for almost 3 years. It is a small engineering firm with an amazing supportive team. The firm serves small local projects and large projects as well. It was an amazing experience working with the team. Reyes engineering is one of the best engineering firms in the PNW. The reason I left was changing my field of work. I miss the Reyes engineering team and I miss working with them!

Reyes Engineering is a small MEP firm. Flaviano Reyes Jr is the founder and Principal and seems to always loses his self-control which leads to his temper tantrums with his employees and is very condescending. He talks down to his employees and does not treat them like his peers. Communication is lacking from management which causes a perceived lack of organization in the firm and on projects.
