They were amazing! They’re the sweetest people I’ve ever met and kept asking me if I was okay during the process of me getting my braces. And so much stuff was complementary
I was greeted warmly by the front desk team member as soon as I walked in. While I was waiting for my appointment, I overheard Rajae speaking with someone on the phone and thought she had amazing phone skills. I had a great cleaning with Kim and a wonderful experience at checkout with Jessica. I'm always happy to come to my appointments here.
Dr. Arora is a fantastic dentist! He is gentle, trustworthy, he makes sure you completely understand the process in such a thoughtful manner. Kim is an excellent dental hygienist. She is thorough, gentle and so kind. All of the Oasis team are professional, welcoming with the warmth of their smiles at every visit. I highly recommend Oasis Family Dentistry & Orthodontics. I genuinely did not want to leave a negative review. The dentist is excellent— friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable. I looked forward to my visits. However, I found the front desk manager to be unhelpful, unfriendly, and lacking understanding. I needed to cancel an appointment due to my endometriosis, and it seemed that the staff showed little concern. I was advised there would be a $75 cancellation fee, which I paid.
