This place is clean but bo not move into this place if you want to live life and enjoy your home. The land lord have workers driving around spying on the tenants. The land lease is expensive and it goes up significantly each year. They do tow the mobile home away if they dont like it. There are so many mobile homes for sale here but they are not selling because of management being too strict.
Beautiful neighborhood. Great non-gated community. Good amenities. No HOA.
