ive been customer here my whole life. Dr Mortenson is great. i just ordered contacts on 12/9. paid in full asked forvthem to ship to my house like we have before as I live in IF now. i still hsve motnot got any contacts as of 12/31. i have calked twice and can not even get a phone call back. All i want is a date ill get them or if not. Customer setvice is not good now.
Dr. Hatch explained everything to me so I could understand it. He and the staff were very helpful.
5 stars Dr. Hatch has been my optometrist since I was a child, and has seen me through glasses, contacts, and LASIK. He always got my prescription correct, stays very up to date on the latest treatment and research, cares about his patients and gives excellent care. Most recently he saw my young daughter for an emergency appt. over the weekend. She had a sliver of wood in her eye, and was very nervous about getting it out. I’ve been wearing glasses since I was in 2nd grade. In 30 years of going to the eye doctor, this is the best experience I’ve ever had! They were fast and efficient without making it feel rushed. I will definitely be going back and recommending them to anyone and everyone.
Just went through a horrible ordeal with them as to where they tried to scam money from me. Once the insurance company was involved they quickly changed their story to them and were "suddenly" very helpful. Will never go there again. They are a bunch of thieves. Don't go if you value your family.
Rexburg Vision Center provides excellent care and service. I will continue to be a patient, and would recommend them to anyone.
