Sellers beware! This company sells itself as a discount brokerage that save the sellers $$. I brought in the buyers and the sellers ended up paying full commission! Rex Realty knew nothing about the sellers house and all they ended up providing was a poor experience for both parties. I truly hope a never have to deal with this company again. I will describe this horrible experience to anyone thinking of buying listed by Rex and hopefully they move on to another property.
I went to see a listing on 45 Juneberry, Irvine, CA. I have never found a more novice and annoying realtor than the listing agent (Alice Chang)! Basically she wanted people to come in, and kiss up to her. When I didn't, she started being a nuisance! I am an investor, and I bought and sold tons of property, and again, never saw such a rude agent. Perhaps that's why the property has been sitting on the market forever!
