I’ll keep it short and sweet… as possible! read reviews and the recent reviews and trust your instincts... *alarms going off in my head** I even went as far to go in to discuss the reviews with them since they asked for a 1600$ deposit from me which is normally 600$ my credit score is above 600 so I was a little confused…. Then if you go over the history of what has happened with other tenants.. you’ll think twice about renting from these people. I rented through Rex Group for 2 years while in graduate school and had a great experience! Connie was very helpful in assisting me with finding the perfect unit for my needs as well as answering any questions I had. Any maintenance requests were resolved promptly and thoroughly. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Rex Group to anyone looking to rent in the area!
