Apparently some air conditioning company they hired wanted to take my ac unit I paid for myself for free under the premise that I would just reinstall the ac unit at night even after they fixed the central AC. I've paid my rent on time for years, I've wanted the central AC and the morning puddle from the broken pipe fixed for years. If you fixed the AC I won't need one. My first apartment from them burned down while I was at work. I heard about it by seeing a stranger on Facebook post a picture of the flames. When I got there, and me of their employees said that they’ve been looking for me and came to my job (which was two blocks from my burning apartment). They didn’t. I absolutely love renting my suite here. I’m coming up on my one year here. Anytime I’ve had an issue, the building team has been quick, helpful, and on top of everything.
