I absolutely love renting my suite here. I’m coming up on my one year here. Anytime I’ve had an issue, the building team has been quick, helpful, and on top of everything. Connie is truly a gem, always kind, attentive, and genuinely supportive of small business owners like myself. It means so much to feel cared for in a space where I’m building my dreams. Made 6x the amount in rent, was told I wasn’t approved for a half off $700 studio due to not repaying my …”student loans” while they are in deferment as I’m currently in School pursing my Masters Degree. I haven’t heard from them in 2 weeks but i’m very sure a review WILL prove a quick response.. Southern hospitality is gone and Augusta is drowning itself, leave now while you can.
