We had them redo our whole front yard. I didn't love the color combination of the rose bushes, so Rex had me meet with his daughter at the nursery to pick different ones. I picked them and she came to my house and tagged the ones I wanted taken out. I never heard from them again. No one answered my calls or came to replace the rose bushes. I'm baffled they have been in business so long operating that way.
