Great visit. Fulfilled expectations.
This was my first visit as I have been searching for a primary provider since I retired to the SC coast. Wow! I am so glad to find Dr. Morgan. He is not only knowledgeable and caring, but has the ability to make one feel at ease in his presence. What a great combination of attributes! I’ve found my health care home!

Rex is the best Doc I've seen in 67 years. Recommend him without reservation. He's awesome.
Dr. Morgan is great. He gives his full attention, listens to what I say and explains treatment and medications completely.
