We lived here for two years. The rent was very reasonable for the location and our studio was the perfect size for us. Street parking with Zone M permit was great especially around this building as there quite a lot of businesses and not the same density of residences like a few blocks south. Any repairs in the studio were taken care of promptly! The only grievance I had is early on. The theft problem is significant.
