Really horrible people. What a mess. They don’t mind installing a $35,000 AC system but forget about the service. Absolutely none. Will never call you back.

Technician didn't return when he promised. They show up without giving an ETA and you have to wait for them all day. 1st technician gave a different diagnosis then 2nd technician. Would definitely not recommend them to anyone
I recommend this company to a family member, they replaced the air conditioning system, shorty after they had to come back and add Freon 2 different times, the service technician said he would be back with a part. 3 different times they said would come back and they did not show. My family member called the office and they will not call him back. Now he is going to have to pay another company to fix there problem. La muchacha que me atendió el teléfono me dijo que ellos cobraban $80.00 por la limpieza del AC y el calefactor. No llegaron el día que tenían que llegar. Luego se aparecieron sin avisar previamente.
