if i could give this a 0, then i would but the lowest is a 1. first off, they were so rude on the counter, didn't even seem to enjoy any customer they were serving. SECOND, they were rushing so bad, clearly no sense of care for my hair and messed it up so bad I actually am planning to get a retouch soon. This was easily one of the worst barber shop experiences I’ve ever had. The haircut was sloppy, uneven, and looked rushed — like there was zero care or skill involved. What’s even worse is the attitude. When I asked for the change, the barber was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was the problem for expecting a basic level of service. I had a very disappointing experience at this barbershop. From the moment I walked in, the service felt rude and unprofessional. The technician had a clear attitude and seemed annoyed to even be there, which made the entire experience uncomfortable.
