This is probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I have been renting with this company for two years and this will most deff be my last lease with them. The main reason is because the system they have for how to pay your utility bills is so jacked up. Something will get cut off every other month or you will be charged a $50 late fee for a bill that you never have seen .
