Wouldn’t recommend renting with them Property management doesn’t care about its tenants. Customer service sucks they don’t return calls or messages at times. Unit I rented was dirty and smelled like dogs and piss. Previous tenants didn’t take care of the place and management didn’t bother to clean up after them. It took 2-3 weeks to get the carpets cleaned by some professionals, odor still lingered for some time. I cleaned the unit before I moved out and I only got half my deposit back. The website is not very informative at all.
Scott and the staff are absolutely wonderful. My husband and I love our house,and any issues we have are always taken care of. Update: I gained a lot of respect for how they handled the pandemic. I know how bad rent skyrocketed all over the place,and they showed fairness in a time that was so hard for people including landlords as well.
