If I could give negative stars, I would. This management company, has clearly got to be the absolute worse PM in the entire state of CT, if not the entire country. Dealing with their continuous incompetence has forced me to sell my property due in part by the neighborhood going down the toilet after my acquisition and their inept approach at managing my property. After hours of arguing my husband finally admitted he has been sleeping with the property manager and her daughter. These people are PIGS and claim they are "professional" but the only thing they do professionally is hang out with the drug dealers and drug addicts who always seem to end up in the hallways or basements, like they were given permission to do so. Everyone I have spoken too have been truly amazing and helpful
Like others, I have nothing good to say. We were only with them when our former company was sold and we even had a difficult time firing them. They are uncooperative, belligerent, unfriendly and terrible at communications. They overcharge for things that we didn't even owe money for. Happy to be done with them!
