I had Revolution Jewelry make a replica of a family heirloom ring that ended up in a family fight that I wasn’t interested in participating. I had two emeralds and a diamond already from other jewelry although they can order anything for you. They sent me photos and updates the entire way and I was even able to attend the casting which was healing for me and gave back some sentimental value. I had my ring custom made a little over a year ago. With normal wear, my otherwise beautiful ring looked very dull and muted after only about 9-10 months. One of the most important features, and why I ultimately chose Revolution, is because they offered a lifetime of refinishing my very expensive custom ring. I sent my ring in to be refinished after 1 year, but they basically made it worse, and refused to comply with their own warranty policy! (See Photos). MJ and Kelly made the whole process of making custom engagement ring stress-free and gave valuable insight to help me decide what works the best. Truly remarkable quality and artistry. I can’t wait to come back for our wedding bands; I am quite interested in designing a custom wedding band for me with stones. Update 2023: We got married and added photos of my wedding band, her wedding band and necklace. We are so happy with our purchases and look forward to getting more!
Update from original post (the original post is below): The ring is completed and is absolutely amazing!!! I enjoyed the entire process from start to finish!! Watching them make the ring was such an incredibly moving experience!! The ring was going to be a special piece to begin with but being able to it being made made the whole experience super sentimental!!
