Rev is an awesome company with great values and a major focus on quality and satisfaction! As a former employee I often find myself coming to grab a drink or snack, I also (unfortunately) often have to go to the hospital and nothing makes me feel better quite like a good latte or a nice hot cup of pink hibiscus tea with a little honey. The staff is always polite and the service is excellent!
Take a chance on Revolution. I was 50/50 based on some of the reviews here. But after trying I would say those reviews must have just come on a bad day or were overly sensitive. Service was friendly and quick, food and coffee were both good quality. The espresso was a LITTLE bitter. But the drink was well made (ratio, mixing, ingredient quality) which will forgive a lot. We are from out of town and we're just visiting a relative but I would definitely come back.
