ALMOST was going to be a customer till I spoke with Anna today on the phone . RUDE is all I can say I called to try and quickly make an appointment so dry and monotone no excitement in her conversation . You work CUSTOMER SERVICE for a LUXURY car center . Just moved here from another state looking for alternative service center and I will not be bringing my car here
Matt, Chae, and staff are absolutely amazing to work with. If you have a Benz, there really is no other spot you should be going to service your baby. Their pricing is beyond fair, service has always been done right the first time, and the post service detail is spot on. I went in today for a light on and a screw in my tire. I would have spent more on a car wash than what my invoice was. Great people!
