Nice lady can't remember her name but bad job. I haven't had my nails done in years and was excited and the French tip is not great not arched well. And the nails are misshapen and lumpy . Not horrible but not great by far. And it's expensive !

I attempted a Dip service for my first visit here...and they weren't going to properly prepare my nail. Saying it wasn't necessary. WHAT!? = / (Have had Dip MANY many times!) Just so the shop knows, this is how to prepare nails for the correct way to apply dip - and not charge extra for such. ERRRRRRR! Very disappointed and had to get up and leave. this was honestly the worst nail salon experience i’ve ever had. nancy was doing my nails made them ridiculously thick like chunky, ugly, and nothing like what i asked for. when i told her to make them thinner and tried to get the polish drilled off, she straight-up yelled at me saying it “wasn’t possible” and refused to fix anything. the fake smile she kept giving while asking if i liked them (knowing damn well i didn’t) made it even worse. then the whole salon literally ganged up on me, surrounding me like i was the proble... read more
