Customer service has gone down. I had a pedicure today I didn’t get my feet soaked, I didn’t get the massage chair turned on I didn’t get my legs rubbed like the other customers who were getting basic pedicures (I paid extra for gel). The tech had the audacity to question about a tip. I am a nail tech myself so I know the importance of tipping and CUSTOMER SERVICE. Michelle has always been a pleasure but I will NOT be visiting here again. Mimosa salon is wayyyy better and worth the money.
