I have lived here since 2023: Pros: this is a fairly new apartment so the amenities and appliances are new and up to date. The maintenance team here is great. They’re knowledgable, friendly, and they fix things in a timely manner. Cons: I started in a studio for ~$1270 that was poorly ventilated. Very strange layout that doesn’t make effective use of the space. The windows and my faux balcony door didn't open so my unit stayed humid. I was very excited to move here after touring because the apartment looked nice. However, my experience with the leasing office since then has been very frustrating. When I initially applied, my application didn't go through because of a mistake on my end, but I had already paid the nonrefundable fees and still wanted to move forward with a different unit.
