I had an excellent experience with Karen. From the moment I arrived, she was prompt, polite, and professional. Karen is extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the process, answer all of my questions, and recommend services tailored to my skin's needs. I plan to return for additional services and highly recommend Revive u for any skincare needs!
Communucation is slow from this practice. Why is it impossible to speak with someone via phone? Is text and email the only option! Makes one uneasy when trying to schedule a first time consultation. A friendly and helpful voice on the other end would be comforting. I tried for weeks to connect via phone. Seems as this practice doesnt care about building a rapport with new clientele.
