I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this salon. I went in for a hydra facial and the Laura accidentally removed nearly one inch of my eyebrow. This has left my eyebrow visibly uneven and thinned, and it has affected my appearance significantly. I am going for a vacation next week, so I came here to make me beautiful, but what happened was unacceptable. It ruined my entire confidence. I went for carbon facial . It’s not that much worth as of cost . Just applying carbon and burning it off after that 2-3 serums. That’s all.. even not properly managed . She didn’t know to do her job well .. sent me in the washroom to wash my face by myself 🥲like what the heck….. is that my thing to do if im paying?? I can do it at home …
Had a teeth whitening appointment and hydro facial. Laura was great to deal with. She gave a good breakdown of the steps for the facial before starting and during. The spa has a lovely feel and is aesthetically pleasing to create a relaxing atmosphere. Gave great skin recommendations. The whitening was a great experience - very effective and great results. Overall a wonderful experience with great results. Will be back
I had an amazing HydraFacial experience at this spa! My skin felt so clean, smooth, and glowing right after the treatment. The price was very reasonable for the quality of service definitely great value! Laura was absolutely wonderful she’s honest, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. You can really tell she cares about her clients and what’s best for their skin. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Laura, for the great experience! ♀️
