Yes its True what they say.I started on December 4th, 2009 and lost an amazing 22.2 lbs over 3 weeks. I feel more energy throughout the day, even though my intake of food was much less than I started. I am now very happy with the program and would highly recommend it to anyone that is serious about loosing and keeping the weight off.

This diet was amazing. My energy levels have increased and I have seen tightening of the skin around my stomach. I appreciate the special care and attention that Dr. Azoulay as given me and I would highly recommend her diet to anyone. I can't put a price on actually waking up 30 days later, and seeing a completely different body in the mirror - it is unreal. I found that it was a little bit tough at the beginning, but after the first week it was easy. You can eat healthy food, and it can still taste really good!
