I had made an appointment months in advance to get my hair done on my birthday with Savannah. She canceled the day before saying she'd had a family emergency. She forgot we were FB friends so I got to see that she didn't have a family emergency, she went on a family vacation. It would have been nice if she had canceled me way in advance since she clearly knew she was making other plans than to work. Super unprofessional.
