I inquired about renting a property they manage on Zillow, and they wanted me to pay an application fee before I ever saw the property. While her reasoning is definitely convenient for them, it does feel a bit shady and questionable, and her tone was snotty. Reached out to have these people buy my home cash they said they couldn’t do it while giving me the impression something was gonna be able to done. They then said they would find me realtors who could help. Just received a call saying non of their realtors could help us because of what we owe on the home which honestly isn’t that much compared to some other homes. I had a great experience with Revive Property Management. Dan and Erin were very kind. I had a terrible experience with my prior landlord, Anthony Toth, who manages The Bridge apartments. Despite false claims on my name made by him, Dan and Erin decided to give me a chance themselves. Once providing the proper documents and speaking over the phone, we was able to work together and I’m very grateful of my new home.
