I submitted and paid for my application. 2 weeks ago I’ve been calling the office ever since. I’ve left voicemails and called countless time. No one has picked up the phone once. Terrible way to run a business. I was emailed by Erin Nelson to submit the application and from the looks of the previous reviews. She isn’t a nice person.

I inquired about renting a property they manage on Zillow, and they wanted me to pay an application fee before I ever saw the property. While her reasoning is definitely convenient for them, it does feel a bit shady and questionable, and her tone was snotty. Edit to add- again based on their response to this review- they are just not understanding the point lol. Reached out to have these people buy my home cash they said they couldn’t do it while giving me the impression something was gonna be able to done. They then said they would find me realtors who could help. Just received a call saying non of their realtors could help us because of what we owe on the home which honestly isn’t that much compared to some other homes. Dan and his team have been a massive shining light for me these past few years. In many ways this house has been a microcosm of life, lots of ups and downs but there’s always hope when you have a great support system. Thank you to you and your team for your honesty, professionalism, and integrity.
