I had a great experience with Revive Property Management. Dan and Erin were very kind. I had a terrible experience with my prior landlord, Anthony Toth, who manages The Bridge apartments. Despite false claims on my name made by him, Dan and Erin decided to give me a chance themselves. Once providing the proper documents and speaking over the phone, we was able to work together and I’m very grateful of my new home.
I did not have a good experience with revive the property I was interested in had Erin Nelson as the manager I filled out the application and paid knowing what the qualifications were and received a call but due to me answering the call with my middle name given at birth, Erin stated that I sounded “fraud” and informed me to not do that even though I handle business with both of my names. She informs me that it shows I have a collection balance regarding DTE which I then informed her that the information is incorrect and I d... read more
Not a good business. The management company took my application fee of 49$. Erin denied me the property without even running my credit. I will be reporting them to the proper housing authorities Caveat emptor people!!
Very professional. Their dedication to their clients along with a professional staff makes a great match. Keep up the good work
