Everytime I come to this place the customer service is absolutely wonderful. The staff is very kind and they treat you like royality here. They are very friendly and always have a pleasant smile on their face. I recommend you to come here!!!!!!!
I really hate to leave this review. I've been going to this business forever but, it is going down. Like the previous 1-star reviews, it's the cleanness of the place. Beverages all over the place, dead bugs on the floor, dirty stations, it's really a turn off for me. I hope management can can address these issues because I love the place and the employees. Please do better, I miss coming there.
Was a regular customer for full set manicures and pedicures, spending $100-200 per session plus additional for tips for a few months. Initially was pleased but began to notice the complete lack of cleanliness. As a licensed cosmetologist which btw is more advanced than just nail tech certs. I have come to this salon many times this year since I discovered them this year. However, today is my last time EVER coming here. I wish I had taken a Pic but I did not, but I am telling the truth. I came in with booties with my crocs since it's cold. I also brought my flip flops for after my pedicure. So I'm in the chair with my feet in the water. The tech who did my pedi did a great job but the mani tech not so great. My nails aren’t the same shape. And the gel wasn’t fully applied on the whole nail. Definitely NOT getting manicures here again.
