I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. Takes them 2-3 months just to renovate a 4 ft x 4ft laundry room. Handyman only works weekends so be prepared for banging. Save your time- GO ELSEWHERE!
i was cheated/have contacted legal aide. kept my deposit REVIVE/4688 39th st, normal heights means removing low income families, old folks, disabled . triple the rent with 60 day notice. my hometown abused by this corporation the hatchet men will tell / only the middle men to help themselves ease preditor feelings
Stay away. I've submitted the application for an apartment in north park and when I called him he said it's already rented and that was not true. The apartment still available and when I called to ask him to refund my money since he doesn't want to run my credit, He didn't answer calls or emails. He's a retarded and irresponsible. IF YOU SEE MY REVIEW, I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
