I’m obsessed with working out and sticking to a daily regiment. I’m almost 50 but have these small love handles that I’ve been unable get rid of. Even with my daily running and workout. I stopped coming at carmel valley’s location due to unprofessional service. The injectors seemed poorly trained and lacked basic knowledge, and the front desk staff was consistently rude. The overall customer service was disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I always come here to this location and always have a pleasant experience my injector was super nice and helpful but checking out with the receptionist was very lacking. Came out just looked me and didn't asked how my experience was to start. I had Alle points that I wanted to redeem even texted before my appointment to make sure I was able to use it and she was not helpful I'm still confused as to why my points weren't available especially since they been spam texting and calling me to use it up before it expires. Michelle is excellent both in spa skills but also very personably. She has a soothing and relaxing voice and years of life's experiences to share. Treatment rooms are luxurious and comfortable and very private. Absolutely a most enjoyable experience and I've noticed promising results already.
