New to the area, I saw Jessica for a cut this past week. She tried a certain technique on my hair but it didn't work out as we hoped. My hair had a mind of its own. She then went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result. By far the best customer service I have ever received. Jessica, thank you for your kindness and patience as we worked through my concerns.
Shannon is amazing. She really helped me find a look that matched my vibe but was low maintenance! Going back to her for the third time soon and can't wait for the confidence boost of a fresh cut from her!
Jess is an absolute gem. She has an amazing eye for colour, always knows what will work, and executes it flawlessly every time. This colour is perfection — rich, dimensional, and exactly what I envisioned. I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. Love her, love her work, love her shop!!
Best haircut and colour I have ever gotten! This place is amazing. Jessica did a phenomenal job with my hair, and when she heard I had a previous bad experience at a different salon, she made sure I was okay with every change she made. I will be coming back here again for sure. She even had a cancellation after my appointment and asked me if I wanted to stay later and get my hair coloured. She doesn’t make you feel rushed, and makes sure you’re ecstatic with your hair before you leave. I can’t recommend this place enough!
