Very unprofessional. My wife had a very bad experiance. Nov 7th 2025 after care, when we asked about the breakdown of a large payment he was asking us to pay for a regular service. Insted of explaing the charges and breakdown Dr. Conway was very vocal, since i didnot want to deal with such situation I decided to pay entire amount $1,000 and asked to close the account. I will work with insurance to settle this situation. DO NOT recommend, unless you have lot of cash to throwaway.

Guys, please be careful about this place; they are getting money by all possible means. Imagine sending a bill I didn't owe. Went there for a deep cleaning, gave them my insurance, and paid a co-pay of over $800 because he said my insurance didn't cover everything. This doctor called me around September or October 2024, trying to have me come back and book an appointment. And I told him I had left the Dublin, CA area, that I now have a stable dentist. I’m not sure what is going on here. I got billed after over a year that have passed. I keep calling in but no answer and no return call backs . I had to go to another dentist for cleaning because they keep rescheduling. I’m bummed because I use to get extremely good service here. What the heck is going on?????
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT go here. We have tortured ourselves by staying with this dentist after Dr. Lauren Conway left and it's been nothing but pain (like constantly "accidentally" getting jabbed in the gums with instruments) and wasted time (so many rescheduled appointments and lame excuses). This place is short staffed, unprofessional, and rather peculiar... Like no AC or lights turned on peculiar.
