I have had great experiences here, and not so great ones. Last time I went we waited 20 minutes past our appointment time. Then the cut was left uneven and unfinished. The massages have been wonderful. Nice atmosphere. They are very concerned about customer satisfaction. The owner, personally, contacted me and provided ways to improve my experience. I look forward to going back!
