I just moved to Pittsburgh and was searching for a new salon. I took a chance on Revive and I am so incredibly grateful that I did! The owner Michelle is beyond a beautiful soul inside and out, and she’s incredibly skilled as well! I have curly hair and it inevitably gets butchered by places claiming to understand curly hair. UPDATE: Got a call from the hair salon owner and she refunded me the $20. She was very sweet and explained that maybe was a mistake from Izzy (the girl that did my haircut). Definitely coming back again. Got a haircut today, it was great, loved it, exactly what I wanted BUT the reason why I’m giving 2 stars is because while I was getting my haircut I mentioned that I’d love to get a balayage, the girl that was doing my haircut asked me for inspo pics, so I showed her some pics that I had on my Pinterest, then told me that Mi... read more
I have very difficult hair (thick curly and coarse) and Michelle immediately knew what to do! She took her time to explain what her thought would be best for my hair and I have been coming back ever since. She’s also one of the warmest and nicest people I have ever met!
Izzy is amazing, I love the face framing and cut I got. Service is impeccable!!
