Lydia was Amazing The apartment is spacious. It had all the amenities I wanted and needed including internet. That's a plus when you work from home.

Amazing We've been living here for over 10 years. Ever since BH management took over it's been a great experience. The rent is affordable. The amenities are great. We have security at night. Our neighbors are nice too.

Parq on 50th I have lived in these apts for 9yrs and the mgmnt is very helpfull they listen to all your needs while living in here! Maintenance is good..the property is clean and we have trash service at your door...we have wifi too! The upgrades are awsome!

Great place to live***** I've been living at this property for 7 years now going on 8. I like this new owners. They're very nice, professional, doing all the upgrades it's impressive. I like the location things are nearby. Close to the freeways. This place is affordable it's welcoming and great to be a part of.

GREAT PLACE!!!! Moved here 3 months ago, I do not have washer and dryer in my unit but the laundry room has been remodeled and it is beautiful, I do not have a roach problem, I think the office stuff is nice and professional, I do not have problems with maintenance. If you want to make a change I recommend this property.
