Verified Renter I have enjoyed living at Revival. The office staff have been great to deal with the few times I had a question or issue. The maintenance team is quick to respond. I love the setting with a walkable town, parks and amphitheater. I haven’t tried all the restaurants but it nice to know they are within walking distance.

Verified Renter Very disappointed because I asked for consideration before I renewed my lease, and was denied, being told by the community director that my current rate was “below market value” only to see “market rate” rent prices on Revival’s website decrease much lower than my current rent, after i signed. Regretting my decision to renew.. Tommy and Ms Veronica are great but I will not be renewing.

Verified Renter Beyond amazing. We were out of town and had friends staying at our place. The heater went out all during Christmas break. They were so great and we felt like they made it a priority to fix the heater for our guests. It’s like family living here.
