About three weeks ago, a storm caused an outage of the door entry key fob system as well as the parking garage gates leading to access doors being left open 24 hours a day. They do "nickel and dime" you with additional charges for trash, technology fee, community water charges, and on and on. Prospective renters be warned and make sure you get a full quote of monthly charges.
