Great product terrible service. I requested my refill over a week ago the team doesn’t stay up to date with operations. I only got half my order they never even let me know that my other half wasn’t even shipped. So I open my package to only find half the medicine and they didn’t even let me know. This is the 2nd time they have now messed up my order and no one seems to care or keep you updated it’s more pay us our money now and sorry if you run out and don’t get your refills in time. They don’t take responsibility for their errors or their vendors they force you to use. They just tell you to settle the matter with the vendor when you don’t have a choice in the vendor. It’s THEIR vendor. THEY are the customer for the vendor. Not me. They should take accountability if they are going to force you to use their vendor. It used to be a great office. I really liked going there. But lately they make a lot of mistakes and the newer staff are rude. Unfortunate.
If I could give zero stars I would. I went to treat myself to some birthday Botox and what a disappointment. They said maybe I need to try something else I forgot what they called it. So I want back for a second time with very high hopes. Nothing still no results. Mind you I drive from Co springs to get to this place. So I call back a third time that tell me come on back so I do.
