Revitalized is the best. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I needed a last minute IV and they were able to squeeze me in. They took amazing care of me and made sure I was comfortable and okay the whole time I was there. Highly recommend going here.

I have been a patient with Revitalized Health for like the past 3-4 years. Their customer service has gone downhill big time. The last straw was with Janet Garcia. She needs to be retrained. When the cost just kept adding up, I asked for my monthly prescription to be refunded, it took 3 phone call to Revitalized Health and a call to my bank to get it resolved. I have been going to RH since 2023. I was really unsure if HRT was right for me and felt the information provided was honest and reputable. My point of contact since my first shot has been Katie Peters. Her knowledge of products and professionalism is absolutely top tier. Any question she can't answer will be handed to James. Been here before and would normally give a 4 star rating but this time irritated me. I called and they didn't answer during business hours. Probably just busy, no problem I'll drop by because there's no appointment system on the website apparently. Drive down hoping for a PRP shot because my shoulder is killing me and I'm told it'll be several weeks before they can get me in. Wasted time, gas and now I'm back searching for a place to go.
