I cannot recommend Shazia at Revitalize Wellness Center highly enough!! From the very first session, she created a space that felt safe, respectful, and genuinely collaborative. I have been seeing Ms. Shazia Malik for about 4 months now. I began seeing her during a very difficult time, and she has been patient, understanding, and careful in her assessment(s) before we considered any medications. I have had the option of seeing her in-person or online, and appreciated her appointment reminders to ensure I stayed consistent. In helping me address my mental health needs, Ms. Malik has not only improved my quality of life, but that of my child and family who depend on me. I thank you endlessly, Shazia.

Shazia is absolutely amazing. It took me 23 years to finally see someone for ADHD and she was the best possible person I could’ve picked for a provider. She makes me feel seen and she talks to me more like a friend than anything. I was hesitant to taking medication and she gave me lots of natural and pharmaceutical options to try. While she is firm with her treatment suggestions, I’ve never felt pressured to do one over the other. I feel extremely comfortable with her and her services are amazing.
