These are the worst people to deal with! We are constantly harassed about rent. They change policy and fees whenever they want. You can't get a manager or owner to talk with only the lady at the front desk! I was given details upon renting the property that they claim now were false. I have the messages in writing to prove they were told to me! The people I was dealing with 2 years ago no longer work there but I still have their messages prior to moving in. They're procedure is to make you feel as if they're "trying" to help. If you don't have the financial support and an lawyer, they will Harrass you past the limit to move.
