I hosted a work retreat event at Beach House Day Spa and they exceeded our expectations in all aspects! The massage therapists and nail technicians were outstanding! The staff went above and beyond in terms of hospitality and setting up our food and beverages with such nice presentation! The event team also did a great job keeping regular communication, scheduling everything for us, and giving us a friendly reminder of the event. HIGHLY recommend! This is the most perfect, relaxing sanctuary in Birmingham! From the moment I walked in and was greeted with warm welcoming smile till the last bit of taffy at the end, I felt pampered and cared for. I had a fantastic experience, the treatment was phenomenal (honey lavender body scrub) and my skin is still soft and glowing a week later! The therapist I had was knowledgeable and friendly, I’m looking forward to my next visit to the spa. I highly recommend this beautiful, warm spa!
Had my birthday here and honestly it was one of the best from the time I step in the door I felt like I step back in time I thought I would have to set up my party they handle everything perfectly I can not wait to return it seems like everybody here simply loves what they do.
