Sadly I drove an hour to arrive for an appointment that was never booked, however, I was charged in order to book the appointment. After calling the front desk, I was told I would be seen and that they would try to make it work. To no avail, I waited an additional 40 minutes in the parking lot and then I received a text that they would not be able to see me today. I have another appointment scheduled and I hope this doesn't happen again and the results are worth the wait. I'll follow up.
Dr Chen was kind and friendly, professionally knowledgeable. Her treatments were thorough and effective. Pricing was also very reasonable. Highly recommended!
