Friendly & knowledgble staff, exquisite clothing & VIP customer service. A divine shopping experience.
What a wonderful experience I had today shopping in your store. The 3 very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous ladies who where rostered on for the Boxing Day Sales where so delightful. Which we all know can be the worst day for our Sales People. Thank you ladies for making my shopping experience so very enjoyable. I just love my purchases. Blessings to you and your families.
I had a great experience with the initial service at the store. The store assistant was incredibly kind and helpful, which made me feel welcomed. However, I was disappointed with the behavior of the supervisor/manager, who seemed rude and unprofessional towards customers. It's a shame, as it impacted the overall experience. I hope the management takes this into consideration to improve the customer service for future visits. For now, I can't give 5 stars, but I’ll consider updating my review after my next visit.
