I have been billed multiple times despite not having scheduled any appointments. Additionally, I have canceled services for my family members at this facility, yet I continue to receive charges for appointments that I have confirmed as canceled on several occasions. This situation is causing inconvenience and disruption to my day, as I have had to repeatedly contact your office to resolve the issue.
I appreciate their services and working with my son through his hardships.
