Updating my review. I originally had concerns regarding communication and delays involving parts of my treatment plan. After raising those concerns Revibe's staff and management took them seriously. I received multiple follow-up calls and they apologized, explained what happened, and worked to resolve the issues. Most importantly, they followed through and delivered what was promised. My experience is negative due to significant communication and follow-through issues. During my first visit, I was explicitly told certain items would be included together in the same shipment. That did not happen and I spent a month making multiple follow-up calls & texts trying to determine the status of items that had been discussed from the beginning on 05/08, some of which I believe were never ordered, one of which was my main reason for coming. All of the staff are beyond friendly and welcoming. Also no question goes unanswered. They are there for you. Also, visits are quick and informative.
I'm glad I chose a local clinic for my testosyrrone replacement. My PCP didn't know much about hormones but the folks at Revibe deal with them everyday and started with blood tests they designed a reasonable plan. Someone was available for questions every week and blood tests were done periodically. They showed me how to sanitize, draw and inject the T safely. This was the best decision I’ve ever made. Doc is the man. The staff is amazing and I feel better than I ever have and I’m 54 going on 55 after 17 month long divorce of a 27 year marriage. The narcissistic abuse had my T in the basement and my cortisol through the roof! My Knees stopped aching first week going up / down stairs.
